It was a hard screenshot to take, since the Galactic Imperial state channels are not properly broadcasted in Normaldie. So we used a line hijacked by the rebellion; this particular programme is the afternoon painting show for the stormtroopers and idle imperial forces, "The Dread of Painting with Darth Vader". And you thought the Empire was such a drag, didn't you?
